Purpose of the Program

The aim of the program is to teach primary school mathematics teachers the dynamic mathematics software GeoGebra and to prepare worksheets and dynamic materials that they can use to teach in their classes using the software.

Program Gains:

• In the research, firstly, teachers will learn to use the dynamic mathematics software GeoGebra.
• The basic features of GeoGebra, the use of construction tools and commands, the concepts in the five learning areas covered in the middle school mathematics curriculum will be taught by constructing them step by step with teachers in a dynamic environment.
• Teachers will be informed about why they should use this software in their lessons.
• This information will consist of pedagogical, technological and field knowledge components and will be in the form of motivating and encouraging teachers to integrate the software into their lessons in terms of scientific and national values.
• In addition to the materials, worksheets will be used to both use the necessary tools for dynamic learning and to enable teachers to describe mathematical information.
